Hello…I’m JJ!

Producer, Storyteller, Adventurer, Adoption Advocate

My parents adopted me as a young baby in sunny Orange County, California. In my upbringing, my family exposed me to many areas of the arts from dance, modeling, sports, volunteer, and church groups.

In January of 2002, I obtained a job with Paramount Pictures. I sure did pay my dues- learning how to balance a 10+ person Starbucks order in my arms without spilling, running impossible errands for executives and celebrities all across Los Angeles and juggling a million responsibilities day to day.

Hollywood was glamorous (some days more than others) as I thought it was going to be but, the skills I learned turned out to be the foundation I needed to become the producer that I am today. Now as a trailblazer in the industry, I see storytelling through TV as an extension of my passion for people and the arts.

After traveling around the world, working on some fantastic projects, I fell in love with a big-little town by the name of Nashville, Tennessee. Not long after, I decided to split my life between the 405 and the green hills of Music City.

If you have not worked with me yet, you may find that I am jet-setting or road tripping for a gig to volunteering for one of my favorite charities.

40 Before 40

Happy New Year! It's 2017 and what a great year it will be. Today I turn 39. I am in shock how time flies and the memories made in my life. They say turning 40 is an epic birthday and I plan to make the year leading up to it to be my biggest year ever. I have 1 year...

Adopt. Basketball

Adopt. Basketball

I moved to Nashville the weekend of "The great 100 year flood" (2010) and saw a community band together.  From saving lives to rebuilding a strangers home the very next day.... I knew at this moment (as if I had doubt) that this is where I want to live forever....

Why This?

Why This?
